SHIPPING POLICIES

For every purchase that is worth Rs. 499 or above that, we shall deliver your order at your doorstep with no charge. Shipping charge worth Rs. 49 shall apply to every order under Rs.499

• In case you return the delivered order, the original charges of shipping won’t be refunded. But, if you decide to self-ship the returns, you’ll be reimbursed owing to our Returns Policy.
• In case you cancel a portion of your order, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Vantra doesn’t deliver its products anywhere outside India. Only the placement of the order can be done from anywhere on the planet, but the address of delivery must be within India.

Delivery times

The exact time of shipping is dependent on availability of some products; which will be discussed during the course of ordering the product. According to the shipping address that must be within India, after ordering, it could only take anywhere between 7 to 10 working days for the order to be delivered.

Product Availability

We do our best to ensure product availability for our customers. The foregoing notwithstanding, some of our products are produced in limited edition accordingly, some products may become unavailable without prior notice. Vantra does not guarantee the availability of any product or style to its customers. In the event an order is placed for a product which is not available, you will be notified by customer service.
