www.vantraonline.com is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected for example Color, Design or Size of the product is not which you have ordered online at www.vantraonline.com, then log a complaint (using email/website) to our customer care help desk within 24 hour of delivery. Follow the instructions given by our customer care executive to return the product.

  • You may return the merchandise unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Please email us at customercare@vantraonline.com or call us at +91-8800743223.
  • Be careful about packing the items safely and securely to prevent any damage or loss during transit. For all the self-shipped product returns, we would recommend you to use a courier service that is reliable.
  • Any returns/exchanges by courier, must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice or poorly packaged.
  • Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care. We shall ensure that replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

  1. What all is it possible to return?

You may return the ordered products within a time frame of 15 days upon delivery. Returned products should be unwashed and unused, and also, having all the original tags and packaging that the product/s was shipped with.

If you want Vantra’s team to accept your returns, do make sure that you take sufficient steps to ensure that the product trial has no affect whatsoever upon the product’s original condition. So, we’ll recommend you to try it very carefully.

  1. Can I also return products that I’m not completely satisfied with?

To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for you with Vantra, we have provided you with the option of returning products as conveniently as possible and that too, in a transparent manner. Your return is eligible only if it’s in a re-saleable and an unused condition. A return request can be placed either through My Account or customer care, within a time frame of 15 days after you have received your product.

  1. How long does it take for the whole returns process?

It could take 14 days (approximately) for Vantra to receive the product you returned, depending on the location you live in and also courier service that you use. On reception, we shall process and inspect it within the next 48 hours to make sure that you get your refund quickly.

To keep you up to date, an email will be sent to you to confirm our action.

 

  1. Will you charge me for returning the products?

The cost of sending back the pair for return or exchange will be bear by you, however, the cost of sending back the exchanged pair will be bear by Vantra.

  1. How will you refund me for my return?

After successful processing, entire refund amount, that is, price of the item will be allocated to you in your Vantra Credits. You can use the same amount on your subsequent Vantra purchases.

 I got a damaged item!

This is a rare instance. In case this does happen, you are free to return us your product and we shall exchange the product. You may send us product’s images at customercare@vantraonline.com and we’ll get back to you. You may return a product, and then, a new order can be placed.
